Accompanied by globetrotting ultra-lyrical duo ASM (A State Of Mind), Poldoore seeks a return to the snappy boom bap sound of hip-hop’s Golden Era with a dynamic production that is dominated by crunchy drum wizardry and soulful sample selection.

The rhymes to Hourglass are a hazy gaze into the past, sometimes rose-tinted, sometimes wistful. In moments of taking stock on the road that brought us to the present, there are definitive forks and unexpected glimpses of memory that bubble to the surface. Full of sadness, full of beauty is the past...
