Shipping and return policies for Poldoore

Shipping Info
All records are shipped in strong specialised record mailers with cardboard stiffeners, taped thoroughly and labeled with a 'fragile' sticker.

Poldoore is not responsible for any damage that occurs during transport. If there appears to be damage to the product’s packaging, such as seam splits on the jackets, bent or dinged corners, print defects, etc. I cannot replace it. I do everything in my power to make sure your items arrive to you safely, but I cannot control damages that might occur during shipment.

By buying this record the customer agrees to pay for any import duty tax that may apply (for all purchases outside of EU). If a package is returned because the customer failed to pick it up or refuses to pay import duty tax, neither the record nor the shipping costs will be refunded. Thank you for understanding.
Return Policy
No refunds are given if your package is returned for refusing to pay the import duty taxes or failing to pick it up.

Returns are only accepted in case of severe damage to the record. In this case, please contact me within 7 days of arrival at info@poldoore.com of the shipment so I can file a damage claim with the courier. As I can't be held responsible for any damage that occurs during transport, refunds will only be given if the courier accepts the damage claim and issues me a refund.

If you opted for a shipment without tracking, I will not be held responsible for any lost or damaged shipments.
